Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures the cakes will bake properly.

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Combine Sugar and Eggs
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy.

Incorporate Flour
Sift in the all-purpose flour and gently fold it into the batter until no flour streaks remain.
Baking

Fill Ramekins
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.
