Method

Cooking Eggs

1

Fry the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up or until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking Bacon

2

Cook the Whiskey Bacon

In the same skillet, add the pieces of whiskey bacon. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until crispy, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

Making Toast

3

Toast the Bread

While the bacon is cooking, place the slices of bread in a toaster and toast until golden brown. Remove from the toaster and set aside.

Preparing House Salad

4

Make the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad, and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Cooking O'Brien Potatoes

5

Prepare and Cook O'Brien Potatoes

Dice the potatoes, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the bell pepper and onion, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the potatoes are tender and golden brown, about 5-7 more minutes.
