Prepare the Filling
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced carrots, cooking until they are softened, about 5 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
Stir in the tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Add the frozen peas. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Assemble the Shepherd's Pie
Transfer the lamb mixture into a baking dish. Spread the prepared mashed potatoes evenly on top.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the assembled Shepherd's Pie for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed field greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently to combine.
