Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Blend on high until smooth and well-combined.

Add Ice
Add the crushed ice to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is frosty and smooth, approximately 30 seconds.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
