Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Chop Romaine Lettuce
Rinse the Romaine lettuce under cold water. Shake off excess water and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Place the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl.

Grate Parmesan Cheese
Using a box grater or a food processor, grate the Parmesan cheese. Reserve some for garnishing later if desired.

Add Croutons
Sprinkle the croutons over the chopped lettuce in the salad bowl.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Whisk Together
Using a whisk or a fork, mix the ingredients together until they are well combined and smooth.
Assemble the Salad

Dress the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad base (Romaine lettuce, croutons) and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly with the dressing.

Add Parmesan
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salad. If you reserved some Parmesan, add it now for garnish.
