Preparation of Chicken Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the whole chicken wings and drizzle olive oil over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the seasoning.

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Cook the Waffles
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
