Preparation
Prepare the Glasses
Chill four champagne flutes or small glasses in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Mix the Base Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 oz of Peanut Butter Flavored Whiskey and 0.5 oz of Sweet Liqueur. Shake gently to mix.
Add Juice and Sparkling Wine
Add 0.5 oz of Orange Juice to the shaker, and then strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Top with 1.5 oz of Sparkling Wine.
Repeat for Other Flavors
Repeat the mixing process for the other 3 combinations of Peanut Butter Flavored Whiskey and Sweet Liqueur, varying the sweet liqueur for each glass.
Garnishing
Garnish the Mimosas
Add a fresh orange slice to the rim of each glass. Drizzle a small amount of Peanut Butter Chocolate Drizzle over the top of each drink and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Serve
Present the Mimosa Flight on a decorative tray. Enjoy with friends!
