Pasta Preparation

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the radiatori pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Crab Mixture

Prepare the Crab Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, Calabrian chili paste, and sauce Américaine. Gently fold the mixture together until well combined, making sure to keep the crab meat in large chunks.
Combining and Baking

Combine Pasta and Crab Mixture
In a large baking dish, mix the cooked pasta with the crab mixture until the pasta is evenly coated.

Prepare the Topping
In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, olive oil, and chopped parsley. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated with oil.

Bake the Dish
Evenly sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the pasta and crab mixture in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
