Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Glaze

In a small bowl, mix together molasses, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Couscous

In a saucepan, bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Add couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and mix in chopped herbs.

  3. 3

    Grill the Asparagus

Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until tender and slightly charred.

  4. 4

    Sear the Salmon

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip the salmon, brush with the molasses-mustard glaze, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Crumble

In a small bowl, mix sesame seeds and chopped pistachios.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the seared salmon on a bed of herb couscous, serve with grilled asparagus, and sprinkle with sesame-pistachio crumble.
