Prepare the Glaze
In a small bowl, mix together molasses, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Sear the Salmon
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Place salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip the salmon, brush with the molasses-mustard glaze, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Prepare the Crumble
In a small bowl, mix sesame seeds and chopped pistachios.

Plate the seared salmon on a bed of herb couscous, serve with grilled asparagus, and sprinkle with sesame-pistachio crumble.
