Prepare the Protein
If using pulled chicken, heat it in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and taco seasoning until warmed through. If using ground beef, cook it in a skillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, breaking it apart, and add taco seasoning. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat.

Prepare the Toppings
While the protein is cooking, prepare the toppings by dicing the tomatoes and shredding the lettuce. Set aside.

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the taco shells according to package instructions. Fill each taco shell with the cooked protein, then top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Serve the tacos on a plate and enjoy! You can add salt and pepper to taste.
