Marinate the Chicken and Steak
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Divide the marinade into two bowls. Place the chicken and skirt steak in their respective bowls and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the meat is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Grill the Chicken and Steak
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken and steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the skirt steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness, and the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the Meat
Slice the grilled chicken and skirt steak against the grain into thin strips.

Assemble the Fajitas
Warm the flour tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet. Serve the sliced chicken and steak with the sautéed vegetables in tortillas. Add your favorite toppings such as salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.
