    Grill the Corn

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is evenly charred and tender.

    Prepare the Sauce

    In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

    Assemble the Elote

    Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and brush each ear generously with the sauce mixture. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese on top and garnish with chopped cilantro.

    Serve the elote warm as an appetizer or as a topper for ribs. Enjoy!
