Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked crab meat, cooked shrimp, cream cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and green enchilada sauce. Set aside.

Assemble the Enchiladas
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Take a flour tortilla and place a generous amount of the seafood filling in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in a baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

Top with Sauce
Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the rolled enchiladas. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
