    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Shrimp

    Take each jumbo shrimp and place a strip of Monterey Jack cheese inside. Add a slice of jalapeño on top of the cheese.

    Wrap each shrimp with a bacon strip, securing it with a toothpick if necessary.

    Drizzle the olive oil over the wrapped shrimp and season with salt and black pepper. Arrange them on a baking sheet.
