Beef Tartare

Additional Ingredients

Method

Preparation of Beef Tartare

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Finely chop the beef tenderloin into small cubes, ensuring that they are uniform in size for even flavor distribution.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix gently until the beef is evenly coated.

Preparation of Additional Ingredients

  1. 3

    Prepare the Asian Pear

Peel and core the asian pear. Julienne the pear into thin strips and set aside.

  2. 4

    Prepare Natto

Open the natto package and stir it with chopsticks or a fork to break it apart and activate its sticky texture.

  3. 5

    Prepare Egg Yolk

Carefully separate the egg yolk from the egg white, ensuring the yolk remains intact.

  4. 6

    Assemble the Dish

On a plate, create a base with the beef tartare mixture. Top with natto, julienned asian pear, and place the egg yolk in the center. Garnish with caviar.
