Slice the Fish
Using a sharp knife, slice the tuna, salmon, and yellowtail into thin, even pieces, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Arrange the slices on a chilled plate.

Pour the soy sauce into a small dipping bowl. Optionally, you can mix a small amount of wasabi into the soy sauce for added flavor.
