Base Chocolate Layer

Melt the Dark Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Prepare the Base
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into a lined 9x9 inch baking pan, spreading it evenly. Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes to set.
Salted Caramel Layer

Make the Caramel
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar. Stir constantly until it melts and turns an amber color.

Add Butter and Cream
Once the sugar is melted, add in the butter and stir until melted. Slowly pour in the heavy cream while stirring continuously until well combined.

Season with Salt
Remove from heat and stir in the sea salt. Allow the caramel to cool slightly before pouring it over the set chocolate layer in the baking pan. Return to the freezer for 20 minutes.
Peanut Layer

Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture
In a bowl, mix together the roasted peanuts and peanut butter until well combined. Spread this mixture over the salted caramel layer evenly.

Melt the White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Combine with Cookies
Stir in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies into the melted white chocolate until well mixed.

Add the Cookies 'n' Cream Layer
Spread the cookies 'n' cream mixture over the peanut layer evenly. Return to the freezer for 30 minutes to fully set.

Finish with Sea Salt
Once set, remove the candy bar from the pan and sprinkle sea salt on top to taste. Cut into squares and serve.
