Preparing Cauliflower Bites
- 1
Preheat the Oven

- 3
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- 4
Coat Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.
- 5
Bake the Cauliflower
Place the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Making Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- 7
- 8
Simmer Sauce
Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Preparing Ranch Dressing

Mix Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 10
Whisk Together
Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- 11
Chill Dressing
Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Final Assembly

Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower bites are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
- 13
