Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Rinse the pork ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mixture all over the ribs, ensuring even coverage.

  3. 3

    Wrap the Ribs

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until they are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone.

  4. 4

    Add BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush the BBQ sauce generously over the ribs.

  5. 5

    Finish Cooking

Increase the oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, until the BBQ sauce is caramelized and sticky.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the ribs from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
