In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, mixing well to combine.

Add the fresh shrimp to the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Prepare the Broth
Once the shrimp are cooked, pour in the white wine and chicken broth, followed by the lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

In a large serving bowl, place the arugula and pour the shrimp and wine broth over it. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately while hot.
