1. Preparation of Lobster Tails

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, exposing the meat. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.

2. Seasoning

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.

3. Grilling

Place the lobster tails on the grill or in the oven with the meat side up. Grill for about 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and cooked through, basting occasionally with any remaining herb oil.

4. Serving

Once cooked, remove the lobster tails from the grill or oven. Garnish with lemon wheels on the side and serve immediately.
