Smoothie Base
1. Prepare ingredients
Peel the banana and break it into 2–3 pieces so it blends evenly. Measure out the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder and milk. If using frozen banana or ice, have it ready.

3. Add the protein powder scoop to the blender. If the powder tends to clump, add the 2 tbs water or an extra tablespoon of milk to help it hydrate and blend smoothly.
4. Blend on medium-high for 30–60 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides once if needed, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, add additional milk or water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency (should be pourable but thick).
Assemble & Garnish
5. Taste and adjust: sample a small spoonful. If you want it sweeter, add 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup and blend briefly. If you want more chocolate, add another 1/2 tsp cocoa and blend.
6. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Sprinkle cacao nibs evenly over the top for crunch. Drizzle 1 tsp of peanut butter over the surface or warm it slightly first so it flows more easily. Top with banana slices if desired.
7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours (texture may thicken; stir or thin with a splash of milk before drinking).
