Acai Base
1. Soften and prepare
Run the frozen acai pack(s) briefly under warm water (5–10 seconds) to loosen from the packaging. Break into chunks with a knife if needed so it blends evenly.
2. Blend base
In a high-speed blender add the frozen acai puree (200 g), frozen mixed berries (1 cup), half of a ripe banana (use remaining half for topping), and 120 ml almond milk. Add 1 tablespoon honey or agave if you prefer a sweeter bowl. Blend on high in short pulses, scraping down the sides as needed, until the mixture is thick and smooth. The texture should be like soft-serve ice cream — add up to 30 ml more milk only if necessary to help movement.
3. Spoon the acai mixture into a shallow bowl, smoothing the top to create an even surface for toppings.
Fruit Toppings
4. Arrange the sliced strawberries (1 cup), fresh blueberries (1/2 cup), and the remaining 1/2 banana (sliced) on top of the acai base in rows or a pattern you like. Distribute evenly so each spoonful gets fruit.
Crunch & Seeds
5. Sprinkle the granola (3/4 cup) over one side of the bowl to add crunch. Scatter 1 teaspoon chia seeds across the top for texture and nutrition. Finish with 2 tablespoons shredded coconut sprinkled evenly.
Drizzle & Finish
6. Finish by drizzling 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup in a thin stream over the toppings. Optionally garnish with an extra small handful of blueberries or a few coconut flakes.
7. Serve immediately with a spoon so the bowl retains a cold, creamy texture.
