Preparing the Turkey Wings

Marinate the Turkey Wings
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and jerk seasoning. Add the turkey wings and coat them thoroughly in the marinade. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours for better flavor.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking the Turkey Wings

Bake the Turkey Wings
Place the marinated turkey wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the BBQ sauce, bourbon, honey, brown sugar, and hot sauce. Stir until the mixture is well combined and heated through, about 5 minutes.

Once cooked, remove the turkey wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve them hot with your choice of two sides: mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, coleslaw, or cornbread.
