Cook the Proteins
Season the shrimp, chicken, and steak with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and paprika. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside. Cook the steak for about 3-4 minutes for medium-rare, then remove and let it rest. Finally, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Set aside all proteins.
Cooking the Pasta
- 3
Boil the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine or penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a cup of the pasta water.

Combine Ingredients
Pour in the heavy cream and the spicy brown sauce (or spicy Alfredo). Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
