Method

Preparing the Fish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Mahi Mahi

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coat the Fish

Place the Mahi Mahi fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Making the Tropical Salsa

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and minced jalapeño.

  2. 4

    Add Lime Juice

Drizzle the lime juice over the salsa mixture and stir gently to combine. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

Grilling the Fish

  1. 5

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Grill the Mahi Mahi

Remove the Mahi Mahi from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 7

    Serve

Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and serve immediately with the tropical salsa on top.
