Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure a crispy finish on the chicken wings.

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking rack over a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the hot sauce, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and honey. Stir until well combined and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the prepared buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
