In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.

Make the Sauce
In the skillet with the sautéed vegetables, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, spicy brown mustard, Cajun seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Stir well and let simmer for about 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
