Prepare the Beef Patties
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about ¾ inch thick.

Add Cheese
Immediately place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty after flipping. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips, resembling fries.

In a large bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
