Method
Wings
- 1
Prep the Wings
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture for maximum crispiness.
- 2
Place the wings in a large bowl and toss with baking powder, salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil until evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet lined with foil. Make sure the wings are spaced out and not touching.
- 4
Bake the wings for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Buffalo Sauce
- 5
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in hot sauce, white vinegar, and garlic powder. Mix well and heat just until warm. Set aside.
Honey Sriracha Sauce
- 6
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened. Set aside.
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- 7
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- 8
Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until smooth and set aside.
Toss and Serve
- 9
Divide the cooked wings into three equal portions (about 3–4 wings per flavor). Place each set into a separate bowl.
- 10
Pour each prepared sauce over a set of wings and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
