Chill the glass
Place a martini glass in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or fill with ice water while preparing the drink to chill.

Mix the cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka, 2 oz pineapple juice, and 1 cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Add grenadine
Pour 0.5 oz grenadine into the bottom of the chilled martini glass. It will settle at the bottom, creating a layered 'upside-down' effect.

Strain and serve
Strain the vodka and pineapple juice mixture gently over the back of a spoon into the martini glass to preserve the layered look.

Add optional garnish
Garnish the drink with a maraschino cherry dropped into the bottom of the glass and/or a pineapple wedge placed on the rim.
