Chocolate Mousse

Melt the Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, melt the milk chocolate over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Combine Mixtures
Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream, then gently fold in the beaten egg whites until fully incorporated.
Peanut Butter Base

Prepare the Base
In a medium bowl, mix together the crunchy peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.

Press into a Pan
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 9x9 inch square pan to form an even base.
Caramel Sauce

Make the Caramel
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the granulated sugar until it turns a golden brown color. Stir continuously to prevent burning.

Add Cream and Butter
Once the sugar is melted, carefully whisk in the heavy cream and butter until smooth. Add a pinch of salt and stir until fully combined.

Layer the Mousse
Pour the chocolate mousse over the peanut butter base in the prepared pan, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Drizzle Caramel
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chocolate mousse layer, allowing some to pool in the corners.

Add Peanuts
Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top of the caramel sauce for added crunch.

Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours or until set before cutting into squares.
