Prepare the Seafood
Clean and devein the shrimp, rinse the calamari rings, and scrub the mussels under cold water.

Chop the Vegetables
Mince the garlic, halve the cherry tomatoes, and chop the fresh parsley.
Cooking

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add Seafood
Add the shrimp, calamari, and mussels to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the seafood starts to cook through.

Add Liquids
Pour in the white wine and fish stock. Bring to a simmer and let cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Finish the Dish
Add the cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir in the cooked linguine and toss until well combined. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
