Preparing the Salmon

Marinate the Salmon
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and gently coat them with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).
Making the Lemon-Dill Sauce

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Chill the Sauce
Cover the sauce and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
