Preparation Directions

1

Prepare the Soy Glaze

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and fresh ginger. Mix well and set aside.

2

Marinate the Ahi Tuna

Cut the Ahi tuna into small cubes. Pour the soy glaze over the tuna, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

3

Prepare the Wasabi Vinaigrette

In a separate bowl, whisk together the wasabi paste and rice vinegar until smooth. Adjust to taste.

4

Assemble the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, pickled onions, cucumber kimchi, and diced avocado. Toss with the wasabi vinaigrette.

5

Add the Tuna and Mango

Once the salad is well mixed, top with the marinated Ahi tuna and diced mango. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

6

Serve

Gently toss the salad once more before serving. Enjoy your poke salad fresh!
