Preparation

1

Juice the Blood Oranges

Cut the blood oranges in half and use a juicer to extract the juice into a measuring cup. You should yield about 1/2 cup of juice.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a large glass or cocktail shaker, combine the blood orange juice, simple syrup, and fresh mint leaves. Muddle the mint leaves gently to release their flavor.

3

Add Ice

Fill the glass or shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.

4

Top with Seltzer

Pour the seltzer water over the mixture, filling the glass to the top. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.

Garnishing

5

Garnish the Drink

Add blood orange slices and mint sprigs on top for garnish. This adds a fresh look and aroma to your Orange Spritz.
