Method

Preparing the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Forming the Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground prime rib with salt and black pepper. Mix gently to combine, then form the mixture into a patty approximately 3/4 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cooking the Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side until a nice crust forms, then flip it over.

  3. 3

    Adding Cheese

After flipping, place the cheese slice on top of the patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burger reaches your desired doneness.

Assembling the Burger

  1. 4

    Toasting the Bun

While the burger is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half and toast it lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 5

    Adding Toppings

On the bottom half of the bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the tomato slice, onion rings, and pickle slices.

  3. 6

    Completing the Burger

Once the burger patty is cooked and cheese is melted, place it on top of the toppings. Close the burger with the top half of the bun.
