Prepare the Coffee Mixture

Brew Coffee
Brew strong coffee using your preferred method. Allow it to cool slightly.

Mix Coffee Ingredients
In a shallow bowl, combine the brewed coffee, coffee liqueur, and sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Prepare the Cream Mixture

Whisk Egg Yolks
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and powdered sugar until pale and creamy.

Combine Mascarpone
Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, and mix until smooth and well combined.

Whip Heavy Cream
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold in Whipped Cream
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
Assemble the Tiramisu

Layer Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring not to soak them, and layer them in the bottom of a rectangular dish.

Add Cream Layer
Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers, smoothing it out evenly.

Layer Again
Repeat the process with a second layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining cream mixture.

Chill Tiramisu
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
