Prepare the Ingredients
Thinly slice corned beef and Swiss cheese if not pre-sliced. Drain the sauerkraut and set aside.

Build the Sandwich
Take two slices of marble rye bread and spread 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on each slice.

Layer the Ingredients
On one slice of bread, layer half of the corned beef, followed by the sauerkraut, and then the Swiss cheese. Top with the remaining corned beef.

Top the Sandwich
Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.

Toast the Sandwich
In a skillet over medium heat, place the assembled sandwich. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Remove the sandwich from the skillet, cut in half if desired, and serve hot with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side.
