Prepare Stuffed Jalapeños

Make the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded pepper jack cheese, and garlic powder until well mixed.

Stuff the Jalapeños
Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Fill each half with the cheese mixture, then place them on a baking sheet.

Roast the Jalapeños
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the stuffed jalapeños for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Prepare the Burger Patties

In a large bowl, mix the ground prime rib with salt and black pepper until evenly seasoned.

Shape the seasoned beef into two equal patties.

Make the Raspberry Jalapeño Drizzle

Combine Ingredients
In a small saucepan, mix the raspberry jam, minced jalapeño, and apple cider vinegar.

Heat over low-medium heat, stirring until the jam has melted and the mixture is well combined, about 5 minutes.
Assemble the Burger

Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden.

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a burger patty, followed by the roasted stuffed jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, pepperoncini peppers, and fresh arugula.
