Method
Pork Tenderloin Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and season it with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub the spices evenly over the meat.

- 3
Cook the Pork
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the breaded pork tenderloin and sear on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 4
Rest the Pork
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into 1-inch thick pieces.
Sandwich Assembly
- 5
Prepare the Buns
While the pork is resting, slice the brioche buns in half. Toast them lightly if desired.
- 6
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Layer lettuce, sliced tomato, and the sliced pork tenderloin on top of the mayonnaise. Add pickle slices on top of the pork, then place the top half of the bun over the sandwich.
- 7
Serve
Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
