In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and ice cubes.

Blend the mixture on high speed until it is smooth and creamy, usually about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice, if desired.
