Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Arrange on Rack
Place the seasoned wings on the wire rack in a single layer. Drizzle with vegetable oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust salt or sweetness if necessary.
Tossing Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl.
