Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture over the salmon fillets on both sides and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for approximately 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces, slice the zucchini into rounds, and chop the bell pepper into strips.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Toss the prepared vegetables with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill alongside the salmon for about 5-7 minutes or until they are tender and slightly charred.

Making Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 6

    Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 7

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat. Drizzle the sauce over the grilled salmon and vegetables.
