Chicken Wings
Blue Cheese Dressing
Method
Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Chicken Wings
In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken wings, ensuring they are well coated.
- 3
Bake the Chicken Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through.
- 4
Coat with Buffalo Sauce
Once the wings are fully cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss them until well coated.
Blue Cheese Dressing
- 5
Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled blue cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 6
Blend Until Smooth
Using a whisk or an electric mixer, blend the dressing ingredients until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the blue cheese dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
