Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure it is hot enough for a crispy crust.

Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
Making the White Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Assembling the Pizza

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape (round or rectangular) and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
