Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

Prepare the Sauce
While the spaghetti is cooking, chop the pancetta into small pieces. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pancetta until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Mix Eggs and Cheese
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined. Add a generous amount of black pepper and mix again.

Combine Everything
Once the spaghetti is cooked and drained, add it to the skillet with the cooked pancetta. Toss well to combine over low heat.

Season and Serve
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and more black pepper if needed. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
