Main Dishes
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- 3
Make the Marsala Sauce
In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in Marsala wine and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes to reduce slightly.
- 4
Finish the Dish
Return the chicken to the skillet, add capers, and lemon juice. Spoon sauce over chicken and let it cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 5
Prepare the Parmesan Chicken
In a separate dish, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over cooked chicken breasts and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes.
