Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Lettuce
Remove the outer leaves of the iceberg lettuce. Cut the head into quarters, creating wedge shapes. Rinse each wedge under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- 2
Prepare the Tomatoes and Bacon
Dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat, let cool, then crumble into small pieces.
- 3
Assemble the Salad
On each wedge of lettuce, top with the diced tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle with the homemade blue cheese dressing before serving.
