Chill the Glass
Start by chilling your martini glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of chocolate liqueur, 1 tbs of chocolate syrup, and 1 oz of milk or cream.

Fill the shaker with ice, cover it with the lid, and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.

Empty the ice water from the chilled martini glass. Strain the cocktail mixture from the shaker into the glass.
